NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO WIN. PURCHASING ANY BIONATURAL INC PRODUCTS WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. No submission of personal financial data, including bank account or credit card information, personal income, or other financial data, is necessary to enter or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.

CONTEST PERIOD: This sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM on June 27, 2016 and ends at 5:00 PM on July 1, 2016 (“Contest Period”). All entries must be received before the ending time stated during that contest period. BioNatural Inc, BioRepublic Skincare is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind which may cause or contribute to a delay in receipt of an entry.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter this sweepstakes, eligible participants will be provided an e-mail, titled “Click here to Win a $20 BioRepublic Skincare Gift Card”, which contains a survey link that each eligible participant must click and follow to complete the online survey by answering any required customer questions. Participants’ answers to the survey questions will not affect a participant’s ability to enter or chances of winning. Participants must completed all questions contained in the survey, and upon completion of all survey questions, participant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. LIMIT ONE (1) SURVEY ENTRY PER PERSON AND E-MAIL ADDRESS. By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. All entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein. Entries which are incomplete, incorrect, incomprehensible, not received, or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules will not be entered into the drawing for the sweepstakes.

DRAWING; ODDS: On February 1, 2016 at 10:00 AM one (1) winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decision of this sweepstakes are final, binding, and non-negotiable.

PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Grand Prize is for one (1) $20.00 BioRepublic Skincare Gift Card. Applicable terms and conditions of the gift card apply. Prize will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and no prize may be transferred or substituted for cash equivalent or for any other prize or merchandise. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses relating to the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for any reason.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. and Canada residents who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of BioRepublic Skincare, BioNatural Inc., or people living within such employee households are not eligible to enter or to win. Residents of states or municipalities where registration of this sweepstakes is required by law, or where this sweepstakes is prohibited, are not eligible to enter. BioRepublic reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible, who submits false information, or for any other violation of these Official Rules or infringement of the right of a third-party.

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND DECISIONS, CONSENT TO USE, AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS: By entering this sweepstakes, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all sweepstake rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the sweepstakes. Participation in this sweepstakes constitutes participant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of BioRepublic, its website, https://www.BioRepublic.com, parents, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respect. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless BioRepublic and its parents, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the sweepstakes, including without limitation, (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (d) personal injury, death, and property damage; and (e) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, participants fully and unconditionally release all claims for consideration, copyright infringement and all other claims of any nature relating to the use of their entry, name or likeness. BioRepublic Skincare, BioNatural Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this sweepstakes and these Official Rules at any time for any reason without notice.

NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: The winner will be notified via email, using the contact information provided by the winner at the end of the survey. The winner will be asked to provide or confirm his or her mailing address via e-mail, and upon receipt of such e-mail response from the winner, Sponsor will mail the winner the prize free of charge via USPS Parcel Post. BioRepublic reserves the right to require reasonable proof of eligibility prior to mailing the prize. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within seven (7) days after selection using the contact information provided at the end of the survey, or if the prize or the notification is returned as undeliverable, then the potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and a new prize winner will be selected.

WINNER’S NAME; PARTICIPANT MARKETING; MISCELLANEOUS: By entering this sweepstakes, participants consent to BioNatural's use of their first name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. BECAUSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS WILL BE COLLECTED BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, PARTICIPANTS SHOULD REVIEW BIONATURAL’S PRIVATE POLOCY. By entering this sweepstakes, participant authorizes BioNatural to contact participant for commercial or marketing purposes via the email address or phone number provided by participant at the end of the survey. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA without giving effect to conflicts of law rules.
