Step 1:
Cleanse.

Step 2:
Tone.
Apply toner after cleansing, and before putting product on the skin, to restore pH balance and moisture.

Eat.

Sleep.
No amount of cosmetics can conceal tired, dull skin. Six to eight hours of sleep per night allows your skin to heal damage, increase blood flow and absorb oxygen.

Moisturize.
Moisturize after cleansing for healthy, strong, supple skin – use lighter, gel-based moisturizers for oily skin and heavier balms for sensitive, acne-prone skin.
